This report complies with the provisions of Law 11/2018 on non-financial information and diversity, and the information obligations established by article 8 of Regulation 2020/852 of the European Union regarding the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investments and its development standards. The content also includes information on sustainability following the provisions of Directive (EU) 2022/2464, on Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The report also complies with the disclosure requirements of SASB (Sustainability ing Standards Board) in its sector standard (Electric Utilities and Power Generators) which, together with the ESRS, meet the requirements established by the ISSB (International

Sustainability Standards Board) of the IFRS foundation.The document also sets out how the Society implements the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights that put into practice the United Nations framework to “protect, respect and remedy”; as well as the AA1000 Ability Principles 2018 Standard.

The report is subject to independent external verification issued by the Spanish by the Spanish ing and Audit Institute (ICAC).
