Driving employee satisfaction and engagement 6g5ws
In line with our listening strategy, the Annual Climate Survey was once again carried out in 2023. All employees of the Group have been invited to contribute, reaching a participation rate of 81% of the total workforce. The survey has revealed the level of employee engagement, whereby 71% of employees say they feel engaged, and favourably view the they receive from the organization, while 71% of employees feel ed by the organization.
We are tracking employee metrics through a number of questions in our Annual Climate survey. We address aspects such us: Job satisfaction (external motivation, for example, The Company motivates me to do more than is required) ,Purpose (ie: I understand how my job contributes to the company strategic priorities and goals), Happiness and Stress (ie: The Company s me in achieving a reasonable balance between my work and personal life, The amount of work expected of me is reasonable.)
